About the Project
This elegant neoclassical residential house has undergone a luxurious and sensitive renovation of all common areas, including a new façade. The seven-storey building offers 21 exclusive residential units with cellar stalls, in pre-renovation or fit-out conditions, 1 studio and 2 representative retail spaces. The unit will be handed over in the second half of 2025. The new units in the loft will impress with charming views of the Prague Castle and the embankment. Materials such as luxurious terrazzo, cut glass or Venetian stucco in the house are complemented by the modern security doors or a new glass elevator.
